Xtria's Program and Research Services provides comprehensive information and technical solutions focusing on educational development, early childhood development, child welfare, adoption, foster care and child support programs. Xtria’s knowledge of social services programs helps clients better understand and meet the needs of children and families and evaluate the effectiveness of programs deployed.

Xtria’s services include research and evaluation, survey development, data collection, primary and secondary data analysis, report preparation, training, technical assistance and support for fulfilling federal reporting requirements. Our team of experts ensures information is complete, accurate and timely, to facilitate use of this information for critical funding decisions, policy formations and program oversight and improvements.

Data Analysis & Collection
Xtria, LLC’s Research and Program Services Department provides data analysis and collection to a number of ourcontracts, and is responsible for establishing and maintaining a web-based clearinghouse to collect and categorize data for easy access to information. For primary data collection studies we determine the appropriate sample, sample size, data collection strategy, fieldwork requirements, and analytic approach in order to obtain accurate data, resulting in precise data analysis.

Survey Development
Xtria conducts an annual survey to collect program-level data on the operating characteristics, services provided, staff characteristics, and the children and families served by the Head Start program.

Field Research
Xtria specializes in both qualitative and quantitative research methods to provide comprehensive data. Xtria's hands-on experience with research studies involves direct assessments of preschool children, observation of classrooms, and teacher interviews.
