PLEASE NOTE: END OF MONTH ENROLLMENT DATA WILL ONCE AGAIN BE COLLECTED IN THE 2005-2006 PIR. THE 2006 PIR FORM AND SUMMARY OF CHANGES WERE MODIFIED TO REFLECT THIS CHANGE ON 5/18/06. BE CERTAIN TO REPLACE ANY PRIOR COPIES OF THESE DOCUMENTS WITH THE REVISED VERSIONS BELOW.
